TrueMatchHR keeps a reusable candidate profile so applications do not begin with the same information every time. Preparing the required items before registration helps you complete the process with fewer interruptions.
01
Have the required items ready
Prepare your account details, nationality, notice period and expected salary with its currency and pay period. A CV and at least one professional profile photo are mandatory. Your professional title, current city and preferred roles complete the information needed to apply. Gender is optional.
02
Review CV-derived information
Upload your CV, check any extracted suggestions and correct them before confirming. Extraction can miss dates, formatting or context, so the confirmed profile should reflect your actual experience. Add recent work that is missing from your CV.
03
Upload files and finish the profile
Use the formats and file-size guidance shown before upload. Resumes are checked for safety before they become downloadable. Choose a main photo for your profile and review your details, preferences and available consent options.
04
Return to the vacancy and apply
Read the role, location, pay period and responsibilities. Send the application profile to that hiring team and, if useful, add a short note about your relevant experience or availability. The note is part of the application reviewed by the hiring team.
05
Follow the recorded application stage
Review applications and interview invitations in your workspace. A recorded stage shows the platform action; it does not guarantee a response time or offer. You can withdraw an application and must accept a temporary shift request before its booking is confirmed.
06
Understand access and request changes
You can update your own professional details and manage the profile controls available to you. The super administrator manages global field audiences and community assignments. Use support for corrections or access-rule requests, and review the privacy page before sharing information.
Who can see profile information?
The administrator sets global field audiences. The table describes access levels; it does not promise that every field is visible at that level. Community relationships, candidate consent and file security checks also apply.
Viewer
Access and limits
Public visitors
Only approved anonymous previews or fields that the global policy permits publicly. No contact details or resumes in public teasers.
Signed-in users
Directory browsing and additional fields only where the global policy permits that audience.
Verified hiring teams
Permitted professional information for sourcing. Verification alone does not unlock candidate contacts or documents.
Connected or paid-access organization
Eligible contact and clean-resume access, subject to candidate consent, global field rules and the validity of the access relationship.
Client shortlist recipient
Only the information authorized for that protected shortlist, within its access and expiry controls.
Candidate and authorized administrators
The candidate can review and update their own profile. Authorized administrator corrections and support actions are recorded in the audit trail.
Your available controls
Update your details and files, review each application-sharing choice, pause your profile, withdraw applications, export your account data and request erasure through your workspace. Field audiences and community assignments are managed by the super administrator.
For an access-rule change, membership correction or privacy request, email contact@truematchhr.com with your account email and the requested change. Do not send your password or identity documents.
