TRUEMATCHHR WORKFLOW GUIDE

Make each hospitality hiring round easier to repeat.

Hotels, restaurants, venues and event teams often recruit for recurring roles or changing demand. A reusable community can keep familiar people visible, while wider sourcing helps when the next brief needs additional experience.

01

Define the role before sourcing

Separate restaurant management, service, kitchen, guest relations and event responsibilities. Describe the actual duties, worksite, working hours, pay period and experience needed. Use a clear role title rather than a generic list of duties.

02

Review returning and connected candidates

Start with your own community and previous applicants. Check the latest saved profile, relevant experience and notice period. Confirm present availability directly before planning a start date.

03

Broaden the search for gaps

Use multiple relevant roles and locations when the brief permits them. Search the wider marketplace for additional profiles and review the access cost before unlocking eligible contacts. Avoid treating a profile-update date as proof of availability.

04

Keep seasonal and temporary work explicit

For a temporary shift, publish accurate future start/end times, location, pay and places available. Expired shifts should be closed to new applications. A candidate must accept a booking request before it is confirmed.

05

Coordinate review and interviews

Move applications through a clear next stage and keep interview participants informed. Agencies can use protected client shortlists; employers can review candidates with authorized teammates in their workspace.

06

Separate the service fee from employment terms

Platform credits cover applicable access or booking services. The hiring parties separately agree wages, working conditions and any required employment arrangements. The platform does not operate payroll or provide work permits.
